Our CNC Department is vast in number and capability. This department includes Horizontal and Vertical mills.

Our CNC Lathe department consists of many machines with and without bar-feeders. 

Our Engineering team works seamlessly across departments and uses NX and SolidWorks software to troubleshoot and bring designs to life. 

Our CNC Swiss machines are modern precision manufacturing machines that can produce extremely small parts quickly and accurately.

Our Tool & Die Department has a vast amount of Equipment, Engineering experience and Precision Machinists to meet and exceed the needs of our customers. We are skilled in fixture design and have the resources to build and repair fixtures in-house to meet the requirements of production.

Our finishing specialist use a wide range of equipment grinders, buffers, passivation, ultrasonic cleaning. Most commonly use techniques are tumbler deburring use an abrasive media to deburr and polish parts to a desired finish.

Our micro blaster is the most versatile piece of equipment in this area there many different processes it can handle form surface texting, deburring, cleaning, and cutting/ Etching. We have 4 standalone blasters, 3 tumble blaster, 7 tumble deburr, 2 ultrasonic deburr ,1 passivation tank, 2 ultrasonic cleaners.

We create high quality customization with our laser marking capabilities. 

Just a hand full of these machines exist in the USA, and the manufacturing capabilities are immense. A strategic combination of gasses power the laser to work in sync with swiss turning, producing quick, high-quality parts. 

Our CNC Mill Turn Machine combines two powerful operations; milling and turning to produce parts in record time. 

Precision is key, and Wire EDM machines allow for just that. 

Clean cuts every time. Our punch presses deliver precision parts. 

To assist in planning, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on quality, the Quality Department is equipped with high precision inspection equipment including vision systems and a CMM located in a temperature controlled room. This allows trained quality associates help support other departments with day-to-day improvements and to meet our customer’s expectations.

We use Passivation to prepare our parts for the medical field. Passivation is a widely-used metal finishing process to prevent corrosion. In stainless steel, the passivation process uses nitric acid or citric acid to remove free iron from the surface.
